He can sweat to the oldies 5 hours a day so every CrossFit wod and eat nothing it will never happen his genetics suck

He is one of those guys who would just lose muscle which he doesn’t have to spare and still be soft no matter how much weight he lost he has chubby genetics dude is probably 25% body fat 180lbs and 5foot7 and he likes playing with other dudes pics and gay prom all day gtfo

Big Rio is the only other guy here with my upper body size and condition you guys call me delusion yet not one of you can compete with this size and condition. Honestly my arms are are as big as Big Rio from the last pics I saw yeah his legs are twice the size but arms I am right there with him my shoulders are not losing any comparisons either. I am 225lbs with medium size legs that means my upper body is the size of a 240lb dude. But I am delusion let’s see any of you haters post a current pic that can favorable compare exactly
