For a minute I couldn’t understand why Bhanks legs looked so big but why his upper body was so small and narrow.

It`s never a mistake to do multiple classes if you are in contest condition.....NEVER....y ou just weren`t quite up to snuff cuz you think you know it all when in reality you know jackshit about bodybuilding !!

In the same day with tons of competitors I won first place in a bench press contest most reps with bodyweight and I stopped benching years ago and did only incline work....4th place in the open,2nd.in the Over-40, and second in the Over-50....I was in shape as opposed to you.......4 trophies all in the money, and not 4 last place medals.
