So would a running a marathon doesn’t mean it’s the best way to train and we should all start running marathons

Best way to train for what?

SC trains for overall strength, shape, health, and to be able to do endurance events.

And he looks like a bodybuilder as well.

He has to watch what he eats and do 3 hours of cardio a day to prevent himself from getting fat for 1 and we still haven’t seen his midsection. He also gets up at 4am leaves his woman and goes and trains in a gym for 3 hours with a bunch of dudes doing bear crawls burpees and sand bag Carries.  There is a lot wrong with that.

And 3 hours of gym then an hour of bjj how often does he see his family how much energy does he have for them? I train at home half the time so I have time with mine. I feel guilty leaving them to go train in a gym. And I try not to wear myself out so I still have some energy for them.

What is wrong with it?

First off the midsection comment - that's YOUR goals, not everyone's.

And based on the events he does, that training is EXACTLY in line with what's required - I've done them.

LOL - you are such a ,mentally frail weak pathetic child.   Again - lets not do this.   If you want to keep making a fool of yourself - carry on.  Zero legs, zero triceps, zero calves, and on and on.  You are lean in your midsection because of your various diseases and puking and shitting everything out, nothing else. 

You are like the frail 15 yo boy in the gym with nothing else on his frame but constantly picking up the wifebeater to look at his stomach for validation.

The frail 225lb man I have a lot on me more than abs  let’s keep it real for a moment. You spend 3 hours a day training and doing bjj when do you see your family and how much energy do you really have left for them? I train at home half the time so I am not gone so long and I save energy for them.

Midsection is not about goals it’s about effective training my goal isn’t to have abs I have and because I train effectively if I did 3 hours a day I wouldn’t have an ounce of fat wtf does anyone need to train 3 hours a day and he still has to watch what he eats are you kidding at 3hrs a day you should be able to eat 10k calories a day

I have decent triceps and calves and legs have teardrops they are not small the rest of me if just big

I am planning to go in fuller at 220lbs it will be more fun not being depleted and again I believe my walk around condition is good enough. I have no desire or need to diet and dehydrate and lose any size or strength my best form is when I am full and training not depleted.

Brian, aren't you worried about the judges and them favoring a local competitor vs you?

Most men over 40 do not compete in the bikini division as they have more self respect and a pair of legs from the years of training

I haven’t seen a regional show yet where that condition would not win over 40 but regardless that is in the past. I am planning to go in fuller at 220lbs it will be more fun not being depleted and again I believe my walk around condition is good enough. You say my show no idea what show you are talking about what I am saying is I do believe the condition I got in last time when I got sick was show winning  condition the guys winning the master over 40 class are not in that kind of shape at regional shows. I don’t think I need to be that lean I want to be fuller as I think it’s the look I prefer so that’s what I am going to show. Also going to enjoy the 2 day show and the city don’t want to be miserable hungry and dehydrated it’s not needed over 40.

So, in the past week its gone from renal failure, organ failure to now just the sniffles.
