if brian could even come close to getting 10 reps with 225 on bench it would have been plastered all over the forum.

No because it’s still nothing I used to be able to get 30 reps with 225 and 8 reps with 315 I am recovering from a serious injury

Then why can’t he throw up a bicep shot? And I really only weigh 10-15lbs more than him we are close in size but yes my arms my delts my back are bigger

And yet you want to spend all day making up your own definitions for a strict curl then insist it is easier than a regular barbell curl when you have no idea what you are talking about
I know what a strict curl is and I train using a strict style on most of my exercises and guess what,my back is never up against a wall when doing a set,and I still train in a strict style.

It takes concentration to do a real curl without swinging it up or pressing yourself against a wall as hard as you can until you almost shit your pants................... .your style of "wall curls" is just done to falsely inflate the egos of the assholes that make up SCN .............you fucking clown.

Two days ago you said it was 31 reps.  Which one was it ???

We all know it’s neither.

Except I have actually posted a video of me doing 350 for 2 reps touching my chest as I always do since I did my very first bench press. Yes absolutely I could get 31 reps at 225lbs when I lived in NYC before my first pec tear and was in my late 20s at the time it was better than most NFL combines that were not linemen.

The last tear knocked 150lbs off my max bench I was at 330lbs before that tear (4th tear to that pec) getting ready to compete for the state record in my age group. I tore it at 25 40 and 43 with an additional minor tear shortly after the one at 40z  it has been very difficult coming back from the last year. I have been very cautious as I do not want another tear. I am using 225lbs for 5 comfortable sets of 8 on flat barbell bench presses right now. I can go heavier but I don’t feel the need to push it its slowly coming back there is a spot that is weaker than the rest of the chest I have to go at its pace.

Why can`t you squat 405 or post a video showing that you can bench 225 for 5 sets of 10 reps?

Again you don’t know what a strict curl is and multiple powerlifting organizations recognize it not just SCN also you are not braced against the wall your butt and back are innit you are straight up and down it is considerably more difficult nothing is inflated you can lift a lot more without having to stay on a wall but you just want to argue when you have no idea what you are talking about

Right over 10 years ago when you had hair.

Now you can’t even bench 225 for 12. I would be surprised if you can even do 10.

Anytime you refuse to post a video it’s because you can’t.

Anything verifiable you will take pictures/videos

But things you can’t do. You always have n excuse ready.

I would do 25 reps every week as a warmup before training chest I did 31 reps once when I was saw the nfl combine test on tv but I would routinely do 25 every week to start my chest workout

I`ve been telling your dumb ass since you got here that it`s not the weight,it`s "the look".......and you do not have "the look".

People should always think that you are much heavier than you actually are.......ie.,you should look bigger than your actual bodyweight.....here`s a tip.....you don`t,in fact you look nowhere near 225 pounds at all.....nowhere near it.

He has to watch what he eats and do 3 hours of cardio a day to prevent himself from getting fat for 1 and we still haven’t seen his midsection. He also gets up at 4am leaves his woman and goes and trains in a gym for 3 hours with a bunch of dudes doing bear crawls burpees and sand bag Carries.  There is a lot wrong with that.

And 3 hours of gym then an hour of bjj how often does he see his family how much energy does he have for them? I train at home half the time so I have time with mine. I feel guilty leaving them to go train in a gym. And I try not to wear myself out so I still have some energy for them.
You should not be giving advice on raising kids or a successful marriage.

Here we are both at the same weight 195lbs before I put more size back on notice the difference in arms and this is him in 1996 so dont start with he is old I am older in the pic than him. Meanwhile I am 20lbs heavier now and my arms are at least and inch larger
