I would do 25 reps every week as a warmup before training chest I did 31 reps once when I was saw the nfl combine test on tv but I would routinely do 25 every week to start my chest workout

You had a hard enough counting to 15.  Now we are supposed to believe you could count to 25....or even 30?

I'll squat 350 when you do one of my workouts.  I beat your video of 225x13 with ease.  Let me know when you want me to post one of my sessions (with proper reps) and then you can fail at beating me.

  With your long arms, lack of triceps and most importantly wide but not thick build you claim 225 x 31 which is around a 450 x 1 rep max? You don't have the structure for a big bench. No way you could bench way more than you could squat.

In other words poster "bhank" can be casually assumed to have posted approx. 1400 pics of himself, his food, his bathroom etc, accounting for broadly 1 out of every 10 posts he has made

I have pressed 365 for a 1 rep max on 2 occasions and 350 for a double on film posted here. I trained high reps but say whatever you want I know what I did

And again you guys act like I am just making up a massive knee injuries again in 2018 you can see my legs were much larger in Maui you can see they were completely gone in 2019. I absolutely use to squat a lot more I had a 2cm meniscus tear in 2018 I had complete atrophy in both legs they were not like that a few years prior

I can say when I benched 500 I could do around 45-50 reps with 225 and a year or two ago when I benched 405 I could do 225 for maybe 23-25. So it’s different for everyone. I know a guy who could bench 225 for 8 and bench 335 and also knew a guy who could do 225 for mid thirties and couldn’t bench 315. Everyone is different. As I always say there is no norm some people are reppers and some aren’t it just doesn’t always translate.Just my .02.

You can't calculate a one rep max like that.

It doesn't work once reps get high. The formula doesn't work.

225x31x.0333=232 + 225= 457

Just a couple of days ago he said his legs were bigger now than in Hawaii where they were more defined because he did a lot of leg extensions.  It happens so much, even in easily provably false situations, that I'm not sure it's lying, maybe confabulation.

Agreed.  My personal experience with the bench press  (and I am a weak bench presser!) anything I could do for 20 reps I could almost always do 100lbs more for a single.  The squat I was better at but I never did a one rep max on that and my best bench ever at 250lbs body-weight was only 350lbs and I had done 20+ reps with 250lbs . 

I was and still am a  wussy on the bench.  Well, now I am a total wimp on everything, LOL!
