Not that I care, but I've passed numerous background checks and held clearance a few times, too. I was terrible for punching rude and aggressive guys when I was young and impulsive. As consequence, I have a few assault convictions. They're now spent and they've not really hindered me in any way. I've been cleared to work as a volunteer with vulnerable kids before. I'm a landlord. I went to uni. I have a professional career. Doesn't mean those convictions have magically disappeared, though. I declare them when asked and put forward reasonable explanations for them. You handling classified information is not evidence of a clean criminal record.

Being a registered active voter in NC is proof you don’t have a felony conviction. If I was convicted of a damn thing I am sure Josh would have posted that information. If you are not convicted you can have a charge expunged and the paperwork is removed from the court house and there sheriffs department is no official record of the charge.  I don’t have to explain things that don’t exist.

I am sorry am I the only American in the room? Maybe Josh doesn’t get the concept being from Canada here in the land of the Free a man is considered innocent until proven guilty. A website is not a criminal record I don’t have a criminal record or any charges much less any convictions for any of the horrible things this fat fuck keeps accusing me of doing. Glad I still live in America where people need proof and evidence to convict you of a crime not just baseless allegations. I actually got considerably more time more custody with my son because certain baseless allegations were proven false I had my time in court and I won. I don’t need to defend myself against the same baseless allegations again I was already vindicated by the courts the judge CPS the parent coordinator you name it I was vindicated I won I now get my son week on week off all summer. Those false allegations were actual a god send to my custody case.
