If you guys haven't notice Brian has stopped posting his BP results.

We all know this means one thing. His numbers must be completely out of whack. Anytime Brian can't do something or brag he pivots or quickly disregards the topic.

Luckily BP is the silent killer so his kidneys should give out shortly.

you have posted several times you drink a gallon of regular Gatorade.

Coincidentally, you always weigh yourself after dinner.

8 lbs (Gatorade)  + food. easily 15 lbs by end of day.

Why don't you post your weight in the morning..

I mean I have never been what I would consider a strong curler and I am straight up missing a bicep tendon have a crooked wrist and 3 shoulder surgeries. However it’s fun. As long aa I don’t start having real injury type pain in the shoulders or the elbow doesn’t get too bad I will continue.

Well first off I am not taking any orals did you see my blood pressure reading? If you are happy currently being 210lbs great good for you. I am training heavy and getting stronger as such I am hungry and have put on a couple pounds.  Not sure why you are mad about it.

If we were both training in the same gym, you would keep covered up because you wouldnt get any attention.
