WTF is a military dumbell press behind the neck .....how do you press dumbells behind your scrawny fictitious 19 inch neck

More than one pressing exercise is redundant and basically works front delts.
Skip front delts and work on the lateral heads of your delts to look wider.....of course with that wide waist and thin pecs and lats it won`t do you much good.
You don`t know how to devise a routine to make look good that`s why you look like shit.
