The halfwit starts this thread claiming that he`s the only one working out,then we all post our training each day and he never posts any workouts......or he posts them sporadically.

His so called "workouts" look as if they were designed by his kid.....has no idea why he is doing what he does in the gym.....except the stupid curling thingy and he does that all wrong..... and cares nothing about what he eats as long as he`s gaining water weight.

For a guy who`s been working out since he was 8 years old (fucking laughable),he knows nada!!
