I have been bulking and training for powerlifting for months obviously I am a little thicker you say I look worse I disagree. I look bigger and stronger it’s different not worse I am carrying more muscle I can always dry out and lean up that is not what I am trying to do right now. hankins is an ugly ugly man. He will rag on me about my physical shape, but Im honest about my shape, its not pretty. He however is under some weird impression that he looks good, its a level of mental illness that is substantially worse than mine. This dude is straight up old looking, horrendously ugly, and absolutely no comprehension of reality.  Truly looking forward to the day he dies, which based on his look, will be this year

Congrats to Cooper!  But this seems less of a muscle thing and more of a technique thing that works better for people with arms that are the right length where they can scoop their elbows under the bar once there's that initial burst up (and that part does require strength).  Leverage and technique play a very big part.  Not sure Bhanks has the same arm length/leverage factors Cooper has.
