She also helps with my son who is here every other week all summer and every other weekend during the school year plus vacations . It’s called a partnership something you wouldn’t understand. We are very happy we take vacations together and enjoy each others company. The kids get along great. I have a job I can work from home I have no legal issues and I am healthy and strong. Additionally the weather is improving and we will be opening the pool for summer soon. Life is good you can hate away all you want my life is great. I just came back to Mass. from Fla. and I got drunker than shit because I was depressed as I vowed I`d never return to Mass again.

I had got ratted out by my then girlfriend who told the sherriffs dept. that I had steroids in my closet.....the cops wanted me to drop a dime on my friends at the gym....totally against my religion..... so shortening the story somewhat I took a Greyhound back to Mass.

OK back to the charge I received.....now I was drunk and had a crackpipe and it was dark out and I was smoking crack with a guy who suddenly says"watch out there`s a cop coming up behind you".

I dropped the now empty pipe,got put in a hammerlock and got arrested for a cocaine charge which was later reduced to a drug paraphanalia charge which the judge who just  happened to be a friend of mine told me I was free to go and the charge would be expunged.

Then some time later I went to rent an expensive apartment and was asked by the office manager if I had ever had a drug charge as they didn`t want drugs or users living there......I had cleaned up my act by then, and I told the guy I never had a drug charge.

He then leaves the room goes into an office then comes out and asks me why I lied about the drug charge.

I told him I didn`t,and he showed me in B&W the charge on a printout.

My dumbass had no clue that I was supposed to go down to District Court and have it expunged......I figured when the judge said it would be expunged that was the end of it.

Needless to say I didn`t get the apartment but I still committed the crime.....the only reason it remained on my record is because of my ignorance of the law.

I was fully exonerated prior to expungement I have explained this I was falsely accused by my ex of sending harassing text messages the judge reviewed them said they were great and she was abusing the system.  She also lied and said I assaulted her at a custody exchange luckily it was in front of a police station on camera and when the video showed she lied they dropped all charges and expunged my record and I had a lawsuit against her for false filing which I dropped in exchange for 7 weeks more custody time. Being falsely accused was the best thing that could have happened to me that is why I get my son half the damn summer. But keep spreading lies
