I could say the same about UKJeffs.
But I don't - since they both train for different outcomes, so I don't have that issue.
The difference is, Jeff doesn't shit on anyone else's style of working out, whereas Hankins ignores all other context and acts like his workouts and goals are the measuring stick for everything.

My workouts work for me, I have trained a long time to work out what I need to do to maintain my physique at 57 and still stay competitive while minimising the risk of injury.
My workouts are short but intense, not heavy by anyones standard
I train alone because I know what I do wont work for everyone although I have had the odd workout with some of the younger guys in the gym who train heavier and longer than me but when I make them do the excercises properly and in a controlled manner they struggle.
I used to do a lot of cardio and strength training when I played Rugby because thats what I needed.
All I need now is faked blown up muscles..
