Are you fucking daft I should not be able to walk unassisted does this shit look normal to you? Look at the legs from 2019 then look at the contest from 2021 it is an amazing recovery. Look at the surgical report from 1997 I got the same report for the other knee fucking everything was torn 25 years ago and again in 2018 I had another bad injury to both knees. I could not walk in 2019

I have been training legs twice a week the last couple weeks. I had pulled back on everything while I was strict curling twice a week as that takes a lot of recovery.

I could not squat with no weight in 2019 so yeah squatting 365lb is a massive improvement. Could not even straighten the leg could not stand could not walk so yeah massive improvement.

No it wasn`t even a decent squat and was totally stupid of you to try it but stupid is your middle name so we get it.

If you had just squatted with 185 pounds with a very slow descent,close stance, all the way down and did them non-lock at the top you would have been far better off in building your legs which gained zippo trying so hard to impress everyone by doing semi-heavy half reps.....just a reminder,I did a full squat with 405 in the early 1990`s weighing around 160 pounds or so,and did deep set after set with 315 for 10 reps in the early 2000`s plus a triple with 370.....none of this was planned,just a typical leg day...........weighed 165 tops.

Now,you can post the X-Ray pics again to whine about your legs.

Many have had it worse and do way better.
Phil Stevens (hip removed) still squats 700 lbs. (Natural).

Roman Fritz, hip removed twice, squats 500 lbs.

1-legged monster (KC Mitchell) blown up in battle, has one-leg.
611-lb. deadlift, 441-lb. bench press and 505-lb. Squat.

No excuses given...

We got some 16 yr old HS football kids repping with 365...

The excuse master, never seen so many.  ::)
