I also have Crohn’s you don’t think that causes bloating and gas? I don’t have a gut I have never taped at 40 inches in my life and regardless I have a ducking wasting digestive disease there is nothing my body would rather do than Stop eating and tighten up I have to actually work at maintaining my weight. As such fuck no the midsection is never going to be a concern I can lean out very easily always have been able to but why you guys claim I have a 44 inch gut in pics where I am showing a 32 inch waist. You all claim I am 180lbs and weak so I do some strength training and add a little thickness and now all of a sudden I am obese bullshit

Rant excuses all you want to distract, but you said it taped 35" unflexed upon waking the other day.  Of course you've never taped it after eating your slopfests all day, you wouldn't want that measurement that would confirm 40" any more than you'd want a lat spread back comparison with SC.

I actually was having bad digestive issues the day of the show I tried to eat and fill out after the weigh in and I couldn’t keep any good down I would throw it up all my body managed to do was hold 8lbs of water and Bloat and gas after the weigh in no food  plus not digest anything this was the night before in the hotel room does that look like a 36 inch waist to you? One reason I don’t ever want to diet down to 198 again and hydration things can go wrong quick

I was 206lbs on stage saturday morning after weighing in at 198lbs the night before I was unable to keep any food down just 8lbs of water

Today I was 223lbs when I woke up and I feel great you guys can say my physique has regressed as not as lean and dry but I feel better and I am much stronger

Obviously 198, 206, 215, 225 and 235 all of which I have shown are all going to look a little different like shit

It’s just not worth risking getting sick to get that lean and dry. I am lean enough and full and strong I don’t need to see my damn lungs

You guys can say I regressed all you want my strength is up significantly since then so I have added muscle but no I am not dried out

What good is it doing you?

If you did a proper pre-contest diet over a 12-16 week time span,you`d be in the Middleweights with me and would probably look decent. if you held muscle size but it`s too hard to do so you quit.....and you quit curls.....what`s next knitting sweaters for speed/time.

That`s why I`ll always crush you,you have no clue the amount of work  it entails to compete.

Stick a fork in yourself.....you`re done!

I meant to post a 12-16 week time frame losing bodyfat slowly while hardening up and hopefully retaining muscle.

You do NOT look big at all at 228.....seriously,I`ve seen plenty of guys at 220-230 who look like monsters......you are not one of them.

  Why bother entering a bodybuilding contest coming in at 8 or 9 percent bodyfat when everyone else is doing 4 or 5? Either do it right or don't do it.

Yeah, "prescribed for it," but you've said repeatedly that you don't take the medication you've been prescribed for your health issues.  You do take double doses of other things you are prescribed though.
