I don’t need to diet yet I am leaning out just eating a little less than stuffing my face I will do this for another week then start changing things up as I get closer

You are possibly losing a tiny bit of water by cutting out trash carbs,not that I can really see it.

Well I put in a belt because they were falling off. The pants are size 36 and my waist is 34 right now. I usually wear loose fitting clothing though and quick adjusting belts because I don’t like to feel even spandex much less pants or a belt around my stomach as I do have stomach pain and bloating sometimes due to crohns.

In the space of 1 minute between the below posts, bhanks added a possible 2 sets to his workout, impressive

6 sets leg extensions at home instead of taking a rest day I am doubling up pver the weekend so not heavy strenuous workouts but 2nd day of legs this week no I can not add size in 3 weeks yes I can bring out the cuts

Just did some leg extensions before bed sets of 15-30 reps did maybe 8 sets?

I hope you realize that as a rule anyway....maybe not in your neck of the woods,aka "Hillbilly Haven".....Pro/Am = tons of top flight amateurs will be more than likely entering vying for a pro-card.

You`re fucked already,and you put in no time or work.......if you gave it your all and placed dead last, at least you could say that you gave it everything you had to give....no disgrace in that no matter if you place or not,but you aren`t even trying.

You placed 4 out of 5 in the open in the link you just posted. I placed 3 out of 4 in the open at my show and you keep saying I placed last we both beat one guy in the open the difference is I placed on the podium at least.

There are probably guys that did cardio 2 X a day, and dieted for 20 hard weeks, and did just a tad more than 4 fucking sets of leg extensions and called it a day,that will be entering.

Those guys will be on shitloads of Tren,Halo,Clen,GH,and everything under the sun if a pro-card is involved.
