I can't even post all my motivations and mania related to training as I am sure my enemies will find this thread eventually. It is not a simple subject it is not about vanity or impressing strangers. I remember why I wanted to lift as a teenager. I remember the goal. That goal is not a possibility anymore and lifting was never going to help me achieve it anyway. Everyone thinks Bodybuilding is lame everyone hates on it no one understands it. We all realize we will never be Ronnie Coleman and give up. Now I am in my 40s and life has beaten me down. But I am getting up I am going to now do what could not be done then. Will it help me achieve the original goal no it will not. Will anyone understand no they will not. I can never even tell anyone the twisted manic plan in my head as it is ridiculous it doesn't make sense it didn't work then and it won't work now.  You can't just get bigger faster and stronger as you age and even if you could it's not going to change anything. But the world takes everything. I am taking this back.

Tell the truth?  Be humble?  Not be a self-centered douche?  Get therapy for your narcissistic ways?

I was winning international wrestling tournaments as a 225 heavy over a decade ago I am no where near 185.

If you’ve noticed, there hasn’t been one mention about “coop”in the past few weeks. Prior to that Brian couldn’t keep coops nuts out of his mouth. He was the greatest thing since sliced bread.

There is a reason why brian doesn’t have any friends in real life. It’s this exact personality issue he has. You cannot give him constructive criticism without him, taking it as an attack and then basically ranting and raving about how great is.

Regardless how he got his money from stealing it from his brothers, etc. He has a pool a nice house a pool table. You would think you would have friends over to watch boxing and UFC.

I remember he got so excited that you half-praised how his lats looked in that gym pic with the young guy, that within minutes he had changed it to his still-current profile photo

That is the only way he can interact with others- basically as long as you agree with him, or praise him in every thought he has, he can sort of hang on somewhat with being civil

But of course that's not the way the world works - people have different opinions and often greater knowledge (and joke around as you say) - and bhanky's brain cannot cope with this - and so he lashes out, and it all unravels every single time, its just a matter of time

You can almost feel sympathy for him, but then as sure as the sun rises each day, he will swoop in with some unprovoked obnoxious comment and you realise any empathy is a waste of time
