I don't know about you guys but I like music when I get ready to train. I usually watch half an hour of old music videos on youtube preworkout before I train. My office is next to my gym. Anyway this is one I have been watching this week lets all share a few to improve our playlist. Music is my preworkout

It actually has cruise control not only can I ride it without using the handlebars I can change lanes without using the handlebars. Are you in the market for a bike or just jealous of mine? I live at the beach we don't have any cliffs around here.

But yeah I am sunburn it has been a long day and my tendons hurt but then I hear this song and think well maybe a couple sets before bed

Anyone else got anything that makes them feel that way

I listen to music from the 30s through one song I liked in 1990:  "(Can't Live Without Your) Love and Affection" by Nelson.  I pretty much eschew new stuff as if I wanted to listen to talentless noise I would simply record myself for that purpose. ;D

Again you don't get a bonus for training in silence and throwing up in a bucket. I also eat between sets. None of that has any bearing on the focus drive or intensity during the set other than the music which increases all of the above. You have to rest between sets.

Honestly my posing is where I need to work as much as lifting it is work to hold and transition from pose to pose for multiple divisions without a mirror so yeah I am practicing posing on video between sets while watching youtube tutorials. It is not 1985 you don't have to throw up in a bucket to train although technically I did throw up saturday night after training

I never throw up ulike you.

I listen to music also when training

Typing and watching TV not acceptable, did you know big brain that eating while training which transfers blood from your muscles into your stomach to aid in digestion which  lessens your pump that you are training for.

Again you have to rest between sets I literally just did my 2nd set of 20 camber bar curls. Added some weight going to drop to 15. I come to the office and select and listen to one song between sets. I also practice posing and yes if I am hungry I eat. I am always eating my stomach is never empty except upon waking and not always by then.

Now post some training music you thread hijacking old bastard I got another set coming up

Yes you should between sets. Just how long do you rest between them? To increase hypertrophy as quickly as possible, the best rest period is 30 to 90 seconds between sets. How much can you eat in 60 seconds?

My preference is 30 seconds. I barely have time to take a sip of water....much less eat something.

Surprise! I know this from personal experience. Which is exactly how it works. But, I strongly suggest you ignore any advice I give you because being almost half my age you are surely much more experienced than me. Why would I give you bad advice? Maybe because you get what you deserve.

You look like a soggy old sock never seen any evidence of you looking remotely muscular but anyway that is not how it works. Your body will grow more if you feed it more and train more if eating food listening to music and taking longer breaks allows you to do more heavier sets and reps you will grow more.

Yup. I definitely looked like me in that photo. I am 77 years old. Lets see how you look at 77....although it is not likely you will make it that long.

Do you think your potential opponents are fucking around like that......I doubt it because they want to win not fuck around training like you`re doing ..........tunnellvision,focus,intensity and putting everything else aside is how you win..................... ...LOSER.
