Again you don't get a bonus for training in silence and throwing up in a bucket. I also eat between sets. None of that has any bearing on the focus drive or intensity during the set other than the music which increases all of the above. You have to rest between sets.

Yes you should between sets. Just how long do you rest between them? To increase hypertrophy as quickly as possible, the best rest period is 30 to 90 seconds between sets. How much can you eat in 60 seconds?My preference is 30 seconds. I barely have time to take a sip of water....much less eat something.

You look like a soggy old sock never seen any evidence of you looking remotely muscular but anyway that is not how it works. Your body will grow more if you feed it more and train more if eating food listening to music and taking longer breaks allows you to do more heavier sets and reps you will grow more.

Again you have to rest between sets I literally just did my 2nd set of 20 camber bar curls. Added some weight going to drop to 15. I come to the office and select and listen to one song between sets. I also practice posing and yes if I am hungry I eat.
