Alien Hands? I mean seriously how is that even an insult?? I am 220lbs and single digit body fat year round at 43 years old. I have vascularity and separation so yeah I am in mad shape. I live at the beach I can see people noticing my size and condition. Strangers make comments about my development and ask me about training all the time. Everyone has injuries my right arm is catching up but I am in mad shape regardless. Pads? I have body armor on I went superman over the handlebars last season and damn near killed myself even with the protection would have broken collarbone without it as it was messed myself up and couldn’t lift for a while. This is a ski resort there are rocks everywhere and it is steep even the blues are crazy.
