Maybe that kind of effect is a proxy for seeing if someone has a good response to anabolics. I mean I barely get any hypertrophy of the skull muscles and I barely get growth elsewhere either  :D

I remember Danta saying that he's observed that those who respond great to GH in his experience get a bigger nose from it. :D GH gave Dallas McCarver a negroid nose.
