I never liked him as a coach He's an idiot with a $100million contract He was given a solid team on it's way back to it's legendary status and destroyed it by trading away 2 top players in the league so the owner could pay him instead He is an Ahole that the officials can't stand and I don't blame them and now I learn that he is a racist too which isn't surprising

If not, the media sensationalizing this non-story looks worse than Gruden himself by insinuating that all blacks have huge lips. That’s racist compared to what Gruden said in the e-mail. Huh? Dungy would probably get a promotion if he called out Gruden. He’s an NBC employee and they’re the ones reporting and making a big deal out of this. How would protecting Gruden help Dungy? It was his honest opinion.

Lol so Gruden is a racist but Tony Dungy, a man who's reputation is built on character, morality and righteousness, is willing to sell himself out for his TV gig?

You think the NFL publically admonished one of its 32 coaches for these remarks but the tv shows that broadcast the game are telling analysts, in this case a man who is African American, that calling Gruden a racist is bad for business?

Maybe the problem is Tony Dungy is an adult  and hes not rushing to an outlandish opinion until he has more information.
