Back pain return after 10 months of no pain
« on: October 14, 2021, 07:30:13 PM »

My right leg is much weaker when I try a step back lunge. Thus in the mirror it looks like I’m leaning away from my right Hip

Can’t believe it came back I’ve worked abs usually 5 times a week and legs twice , pushups around 4 times a week  so I’ve been doin decent

I’m gonna be workin the shit out of unilateral lunges. When I try a lunge on my weak side I’ve off balance and weak but my good side is 30 percent stronger

When you are sucking cocks can you use either hand interchangeably?  Or do you favor one side over the other?

I tend to sleep more on my left side thus making that side stronger? Thanks Brain

Stretching is the remedy for back pain I took up Yoga classes in Maui after I herniated a disc and was getting like paralyzed every now and then. It actually worked and I got better still stiff sometimes but have not been paralyzed dragging myself on the ground with my hands to a couch in years

i wonder if The Whole back spasm thing is due to one leg getting stronger than the other by greater than 15%  and basically your disk will shoot towards the weak side? Am I wrong?

To cure back pain just turn your radio up louder.

Try flipping or turning your mattress.
