They'll say 'gymaxxing' is useless because without a good structure they will just look like a blob of muscles and possibly be even more repulsive. with the internet and social media now even a land whale skank thinks she is a ten. oesn't matter she is at best relegated to blowing some guy at 2 am on monday and never being taken out socially and that same level guy is fucking 80% of the women, that is prefereable to hanging around with a guy with comparable looks. Perhaps a bit pessimistic view but it's definitely more so in that direction than ever before, and I'm glad I am not in my 20s currently.

I don't know if I posted in this thread year ago, but what's the use in finding out who women find physically attractive? We can't affect our looks all that much. Besides, even if we could, there are the intangibles that make people attractive to others. Same reason I doubt you can much learn "game." To make it bodybuilding related, in the same way I don't think one can learn bodybuilding posing, either you understand it or don't. It's not very formulaic. I haven't seen anyone else ever say this wrt bodybuilding posing

I have done routines for people in the past and helped them with transitions because that where the skill lies.
Some took it on board and improved some just walked onstage and forgot everything
