Guys check out this youtube video. In it you can really see how much oil Flex used at his peak. Having said that, he looks out of this world in this clip.

Dear god! i never realised his arms were that huge! they have to be some of the best guns ever

its strange that when ppl start "who had the best arms" threads that wheeler isnt usually mentioned

How did this guy never win an O? Dorian was bigger than flex but its not like flex wasnt huge himself and his shape leaves Dorians for dust! (and pretty much every other physique before or after)

Arms hell ...what about his hamstrings?...man in that video where it is really dark and he is walking accross the stage you can just see the outline and sweep of his hamstrings from the side...unreal.

people ronnie kicks flex wheelers ass in every pose wat so ever.....flex wheeler was the most over-rated pro in the history of bodybuilding.....his all 4 arnold classic wins were the biggest gifts ever to b given 2 a pro...FLEX WHEELER WAS SMALL AND WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY OVER-RATED....HE SUCKS

Ronnie in those pics would have smoked anyone in history....yes Dorian nuthuggers this means him also. His arms were unmatched then, far cry from today. My God, his waist was tight and he even had calves. The man is the living epitome is shapely muscle. He did warp his physique I now realize by going for the size game. His 250 would have busted out anyone at 265 to 270. Even Haney would have lost to him

. Now I finally realize why Hulkster raves about this guys physique in the late 90's. I always like the huge 2003 Ronnie, but this version was better. Come on ND, why don't you pipe up your piehole and start blasting pics of Dorian and Bannout to try to disprove what anyone with eyes and commonsense already knows....RC was the best of alltime (obviously not the 2006 version, but we shall see at the Mr. Olympia).

1999 Flex lost fairly to ronnie. So did the 98 Flex. And the 2000 Flex. and the...

Flex never came in top shape for the Olympia. And, given the way Ronnie looked at the 99 British Grand Prix, even if Flex had shown up in his 93 AC shape, he still would have lost. Maybe it was the lighting, but the 99 Grand Prix pics look like Ronnie most detailed ever (and his waist was tiny). His quads were super-cut at that show. and his arms set a new standard:

no one has ever had better arms than this..

supersliced quads!

and don't forget about the back.

Even Flex 93 AC would have lost to this.

And don't even start with dorian - he would have been totally outclassed with his wide waist and lack of arms, quads and detail.

Seriously though, Ronnie's back and arms were unmatched at that show. Check out how much better his arms look than Levrones in the side chest and front double bi! Unreal.

And man, Flex's calves look like they are about to slide off his body. you can practically see the oil port!

you cant have a mr O who's full of oil .... all the competitiors would then go apeshit with synthol tryin to win.

synthol use is bad enough in the pro ranks .. but at least its only some pros usin some oil on some laggin bodyparts.... you have the standard bearer full of oil and the sport would have been F'UCKED !
