Smith was a legit badass and great guy. He did it all. I was fortunate to converse with him many times in the 90's and early 2000s when I trained out of World Gym in Venice and later Marina Del Rey. Bill was there daily. His wife was a wonderful person too. What incredible stories Bill had.

I think I read somewhere that he could reverse curl his body weight. If true that’s crazy.
