i was planning ice cream, whey ,water .. and was wondering why all use peanut butter?
how many cals will this mix have??

in 80 kgs on the leaner side and 5.10

Peanut butter adds good flavoring without alot of worthless calories.   Nice texture and very calorie dense.

Honestly, you may be better off getting a weight gain powder and only using 1/2 the amount of scoops.....throw in some banana, peanut butter and blend up.

Home-made weight gainer drinks are generally a pain in the @ss with all the mixing and clean-up.....been there before

Get a good blender and use your imagination. A good blender is key. Helps you digest stuff better, by grinding things up for easier digestion. This helped me ever since I started using the blender more frequently, less trips to the bathroom.
