I do and my legs work great. I can wipe out 99.9% of guys my age running and jumping.
But did your legs grow in size?
Endurance is another thing entirely.
Nubret did this for cutting up pre-contest while loaded up with drugs, not for building mass.
If this built mass then marathon runners would be huge.
However, I'm willing to give you chance. Measure your quads today, do high rep bodyweight squats for three months (no other quad work) and then re-measure. You may be on to something.
