I personally think Regan should have won. He made great improvements with Milos. Imagine Regan with a yr working with Milos. 10lbs or so and he will be top 6 at the mr. O

I will give Shaun the conditioning for sure.  But this is BB not who is the most ripped contest.  Grimes has better shape and size, with a pleasing look.

It's what u like I guess. I know Regan really improved with Milos. He was big and was in great shape. I personally like the taller bbers. I think Regan is going to be a force next  yr though
