I am interested at all types of athletic training: martial arts, aerobic and resistance training (lifting). I just have no use for what pro bodybuilding has become.

Do as you please. You may find more useful discussion on dedicated boards for these topics, maybe not. But being a regular on a messaging board that is ostensibly for the discussion of bodybuilding--despite not having any interest in it--is odd to me. Hence the question.
