To be honest my knee slipped again just walking yesterday. It is difficult to explain its like the lower and upper leg do not move together and I can feel the bones sliding across where the meniscus used to be extremely unstable. I would be wearing a sleeve to walk around town the last few days if I had one. I can not walk upstairs with my left leg first I have to step with the right leg as when I put the oleft leg up first the knee often slips. However the knee was feeling good a month ago so I left my old sleeves at snowshoe when I went mountain biking. I do plan to continue to increase the squats though but I am going to wait for a sleeve. I have had 2 knee slips in the last 4 days. If it slips bad it will partial tear and fill with fluid so far not too bad but it is scary when it happens. So yeah today I will remain at 225 for reps and sets. Once I get a sleeve I may increase the weight. But having some instability already

I think sleeves only feel good. I don't think they really do anything much. How are they strong enough to make the knee track properly? I don't see it. If I had your problems I'd go with soft kneewraps, you can adjust the support from set to set and load to load.

Exactly what I`ve been aying,sleeves offer a bit of warmth and this may help in lubricating the knee joint....who knows......wraps offer a great amount of support but IMO should only be used on your heaviest sets.

When I was powerlifting I wore wraps anything over 315 but I had two different wrapping techniques. I called them loose wrap and Frankenstein wrap.For sets of reps I would wrap just tight enough to give some stability but not cut off the flow of blood.Frankenstein wrap was for max attempts and we came up with that name because we walked like old Frank up to the bar.We would do our max attempt then get them off.Never had knee problems although I did have to have a hip replacement last year. I don’t know if years of squatting was responsible or not

The only thing coming close is that stupid Division claiming he had trained his body to be so in tune with his mind that he could "sense" if steroids were real or bunk an hour after injecting.  And then posted that picture of his fat ass on the beach looking like Greenpeace was going to show up and tow him back into the surf to save his life.

TA was full of shit with his claims too.  Then when he posted that photo of him and his girl dressed in black outfits and he had bigger moobs than she did (she was flat chested so bad) someone asked if the heads had been switched on the body by photoshop.  I thought he would die with that meltdown.

The Inzers are like half way between it is a sleeve but you can tighten with 3 cross straps it so gives more support like a wrap maybe. I don't know it is the same style I have for elbows. I like them because slip on not too tight but can then tighten them. I also ordered those strong ones from mark bell but they haven't arrived yet so will have 2 options as the Inzers are canvas not neoprene

It was some years ago and then after making that claim he immediately launched into a story about how he got his brother's wife pregnant.   20 minutes later after getting flamed, the story was changed to it was just his brother's fiance he got pregnant...  to make it sound not that bad of a thing to do to your brother.
