Yep..as far as I know and I’ve been there for years, unless you stay out in the front parking lot (which is now a tent for outside training) you can’t get through to the back sections as far as I know
There's a reason Golds built the outdoor area, and it wasn't because it was "cool for summer". It gets them around this bullshit but makes Arnold and his rich, liberal friends happy. It's unenforceable. And law enforcement can't even demand I.D. unless there is detainment and suspicion of a crime, so they damn sure can't demand vaccination papers. And there's no way to "suspect" someone of not being vaccinated without violating their rights. So even if Oak rats you out to a cop, it's hearsay so NO law can ever be enforced about covid vaccinations.
Whoever is running Golds is pretty smart, hence all the recent construction. I just worked out there last night, and they restructured the place so you have to walk indoors and go through all three rooms to get to the front workout area. Just make sure you don't sneak in a set of dumbbell curls while walking through the inside to the outside! They know it's Unconstitutional anyway, hence the "if you do not choose to share your status you can workout outside" shit. You think Gold's is in a position to cancel memberships while in fuckin bankruptcy? So they do this publicity stunt and Arnold is happy. No member has to get vaccinated unless they choose to. Only reason they could even pull that shit on airline travel is because airlines are technically Federal Agents under Biden so they decided to follow his vaccine stuff and even they are having Constitutional problems. Let's see Greyhound try that shit. This is what is so amazing about this Country. The founders foresaw every possible problem with government trying to take away people's freedoms. There can NEVER be a covid vaccine law unless we become a dictatorship. State by state, THE PEOPLE can vote for mandates to get a drivers license, etc. but that's about it.
