Perhaps. I don't know all the variables. CBC and Johns Hopkins said Canada for the first time has a higher infection rate per million than the U.S. AFTER the vaccine. There are a lot of unknown variables. USA has much better herd immunity because of all the RECOVERED people, many of whom didn't even know they had it.  Canada could invade the US to make it a weird Constitutional Monarchy with provinces and unclear laws of "her majesty" and get their ass kicked military to military if you'd like that route.

I'm vaccinated. Based on a talk with my doctor at UCLA and the data at the time. But going to pass on the "booster" shit until I see some longer term studies. But I have that freedom. I'm a US citizen.

What is the level of checking compliance?  Can you just waive your phone at them and they accept your word for it?

Can you ask for an exemption and then work out there until it is settled (i.e. never),

Is there any penalty to the gym for non-compliance?

They tightened it up but for years people used to scam past the front desk claiming they forgot membership card.

Also this is clearly disability act discrimination.
