Possible but highly unlikely.  Her face looks horribly fat but not super wrinkled.  If she lost weight I think she'd still look good, but women hardly ever lose weight and keep it off. If they even lose at all they just yoyo. Once a lazy fatty always a lazy fatty.

guessing the years of abuse t3 popping them like they were sugar free mints burned her thyroid out.

Once you destroy your thyroid there is no coming back no matter how much you diet and cardio.

Considering she's in her early-mid 20's in the other pics, there is no way in hell she's gonna look anywhere near that at almost 50.  She's 38 in the picture that's on her wikipedia and she's still smoking hot in that pic, so it might be possible for her to get to that point if she had a reason to.
