Tendon tear and legal advice
« on: November 10, 2021, 03:10:36 AM »
I'll make this short and sweet because I know people have things to do... While walking at night, I fell and partially ruptured my right lower extensor retinaculum. Went to the doctor and I was given a very mild grade II diagnosis. Weeks went by and, while the treatment was indeed making the pain go away, my walking was compromised for months. I went to another doctor and he re-diagnosed the tear as a grade II (mild tear.) To make a long story short, my suspicion is that the tear was much, much worst than a grade II and that the treatment given was so mild it took me months to be able to walk. Due to this, I developed a case of sciatic nerve issue from all the compensating with the other leg. I've been going to rehabilitation for now over a year and it seems as though things are getting worst, not better. My suspicion is that the treatment needed to be able to walk like a normal person again is well beyond what my doctors and specialists my insurance company can provide. Problem is that I don't have the money to pay for it.

My only option now is to take the county to court and force them to pay for the treatment. Any advice as to how to proceed (the legal route) with this issue? Should I get a local lawyer to represent me?

Call Harley Breite, Getbigs resident lawyer.

He even has a documentary about himself.

Talk to a ambulance chasing lawyer.  Some will take a case without an upfront fee.

Most lawyers like this won't take a case like this unless there is big money to win and they think they can win or settle.

Otherwise you have to pay the lawyer so requires a retainer  Do you have money to pay a lawyer's retainer like $10,000?

If you can afford a lawyer you can afford the medical treatment.

A lot of time has gone by since you got hurt.

What makes you think the county is at fault for your fall?  Was there a pothole?

Was there malpractice by the doctors in your treatment?

What treatment do you think you need that you can't afford?

you need fruit juice , orange juice and grapejuice to get rid of 'sciatic pain'. Do this for a week youll have almost no pain. When you are pain free you shall thank the lord jesus christ everyday and start reading the bible and give thanks.  You would be an absolute fool not to take this advice. God bless

What sorta loser falls while walking? Further, what sort of pace were you 'walking' at in order to rupture your 'right lower extensor retinaculum.' Be honest with us, Slapper. You were out raping, weren't you? You were raping, and you got pepper sprayed. Then when you attempted to flee, you absolutely stacked it and fucked up your hand. Anyway ... it is imperative that you form a nutrition cocoon around it immediately. Inject the fruit juice directly into the swollen area three times a day until healed.

This is pathetic and lawyers -- especially personal injury lawyers -- are all parasites.

Are you a parasite, or a man?

Do your own treatment/rehab and look into BPC-157 and palmitoylethanolamide.  Take GH if you can.  That is all.
