In 1987  I did our local contest and while I was backstage Richards who was a guest poser or putting on a seminar or something was said to havn eaten four boxes of MHP protein bars during the course of the contest plus his meals. LOL

Fast forward to 2021, and Victor is faking his own death. Must’ve been envious of all the attention that Shawn Rhoden was getting.

I knew a little bit a professional female bodybuilder and her boyfriend in Venice in the late 80s/early 90s period.  She had prepared a menu for him (them) of various basic bodybuilding meals and all he had to do was ask her to make one, i.e. "make a #4".  I admired the efficiency of this, but was frankly shocked at the setup.
