These two talking about why people are not making gains or progressing in their training is comical. Phil commenting on people being stronger than him…… reeks of insecurity. They could make a video that actually helps people with useful information and instead they talk about why they know what they’re doing and any one who didn’t agree is dumb…

We don’t need another hero, we don’t need to know the way to train arms, all we want is life beyond the Thunderdome. Looking for something we can rely on there’s gotta be something better out there.
