When it started- there was a higher death rate- most viruses do this, if it was ebola you would see folks in hazmat suits and boarding up doors lol especially in a densely populated area. I don't know if it was staged or fake, the virus was real. I would reckon that people dying from a virus they couldn't identify OR that they new escaped from the lab (hence knowing it will fuck people up) caused them to react in that manner. As for people falling down in the street, I would have to see that, that's dramatic. Perhaps it's anxiety, panic, retards? hard to say
