Dude, very underrated movie. I bet I watched it 20 times. Steven Segal in Out For Justice and Speakman in this movie were about the most badass dudes in the early 90’s

The near opening scene of Speakman performing Kata like a madman in his living room to  "I got the Power" by Snap is classic. I remember as a young man having to adjust to this guy. He wasnt a shredded Van Damme, but more of a everyday guy look with body hair....lol. Still....a badass flick.
