He still might get away with it from a legal point of view. He was walking away and the old guy followed him. If the old guy touched him first or anything then he has an excuse. Either way through he's fucked.

If Richard is at fault, hopefully he serves some time. You can bet his fellow inmates will see this video and make his life hell, but I wouldn't be mad if he got away with this. I can't stand people white knighting like that old guy.
