Four of my university students are currently in hospital with Covid - don't know what version they have.

Three people I know have died. One of them was severely overweight.

My wife worked with two people who died. One of them was a cyclist - may have had cardiac hypertrophy like many endurance athletes, who knows?

I know an ER doctor who is worked off her feet but haven't heard anything from her lately and have no idea how many people are dying in her ER.

This is regional south west Germany with an average 70% double vaccination rate.

2 and 3. In the city where I live, people who are sick most often die in the hospital or in a nursing home, but not on the street. Some folks chose to die at home, rarely does this take place on street in front of their home. Hospital staff do suit up for their own protection and that of the patients. These probably don't look like hazmat suits. In the photos I've seen they are wearing scrubs and masks.

4. Like I mentioned, I didn't see "them" videos. It is not unusual for areas to be sanitized after use. This is the case in
restaurants when tables are sanitized between customers. Hospital rooms and equipment is also sanitized on a regular basis. The grocery stores in my area all have a hand sanitizer station at the entrance.

5. WTF is going on is that some folks die from COVID, others get very sick and some don't have symptoms at all. I personally know two folks who passed as a result of COVID....one was a healthy senior citizen. The other was a 40 year old teacher. Neither had other contributing health conditions.

My serious question to you is why do you need to see videos of people dying in the street and others dressed in hazmat suits before you believe COVID is real?
