Mike OHearn has been in great shape and doing feats of strength for 30+ years now.  Other bodybuilders have "moved on" or "died" but OHearn fucken marches on, forever dedicated to having big muscles and flexing them for his fans.

Nobody else can compare to his longevity.  Is it time that we declare Mike OHearn to be The Best There Is?

Mike was brilliant for this shot. Literally dragging that little handicapped girl to stand up right under the best lighting he could find to show how well the texture of his triceps could cut light.

Do you think he is in contention for being the greatest?  I see no competition really, OHearn never gets fat or bloated just year round "big strong guy" status.  His 30 year run is unmatched

Dexter Jackson got 9th in the Olympia at 51. O'hearn is not the only guy his age in shape. Cutler is 48 and still in shape. Beckles was mentioned competed in the O at 53. Hell Bhank is 44. But yes O'hearn is more impressive to me now than he was just being a big guy in his 20's. He does get credit for longevity and getting leaner and better in his 50s. His natural claims are comical but whatever Dude is in better shape now than when he did American Gladiators
