Mike OHearn has been in great shape and doing feats of strength for 30+ years now.  Other bodybuilders have "moved on" or "died" but OHearn fucken marches on, forever dedicated to having big muscles and flexing them for his fans.

Nobody else can compare to his longevity.  Is it time that we declare Mike OHearn to be The Best There Is?

I like to change my look depending on the occasion. I can look soft hard clean cut or criminal depending on the occasion. I have a biker look, a preppy look, a mechanic look, and mountain look and a redneck racecar look. I can look anywhere from 30-50 depending how I shave and dress. I even have different accents and voices. I can fit in at the country club, a parents PTA, the track, Aspen, a biker bar and cell block 6.

Currently I am in mountain man winter beard mode

I haven’t even tried to max out. I said I could do a rep that day and I could just like I can now that doesn’t mean I am going to. I train reps not singles. I also hadn’t squatted in well over a decade I took a month to get my gear and form correct. But I am repoing  315 now. I absolutely believe I can get 405 for one however yes by the time I try it I will be able to rep it becasue I train reps not singles. I do not train to failure. I have not failed on an attempted squat ever
