Nice try.
On average the chance of dying from COVID is 1 in 6.
It's higher for you because you have MULTIPLE risk factors.
I hope this helps.
Well, I had First Wave Covid when it was a bit stronger...I was sick for six days [20 days total but only six days in bed]. No big deal.
Also, 1 in 6 people die of Covid, but 94% have major underlying illness.
So 100 in 600 people die of Covid, but 94 of those 100 have other diseases. So only 6 in 600 die of Covid directly.
That's 1%.
Plus they are 80 when they die.
So basically you're saying I have a 1% chance of dying directly of Covid at age 80?
Who gives a shit?
Furthermore, by exposing myself to Covid while I'm relatively young [41], I am building robust natural immunity, which will make me far more likely to survive it when I am elderly.
Meanwhile, you are making yourself depend on pharmaceutical drugs. This will only make you more likely to die of basic illnesses as you grow older and more susceptible to sickness.
But anyway, OAK - do you get flu shots?
