So I don’t follow or watch but Blaha is basically another online fat slob fake guru claiming to be an expert when he clearly doesn’t even lift.

There are a lot of  fake posers online claiming to know something about training nutrition and endocrinology. The difference is I am actually in shape not posting pics from 20 years ago but in shape today at 44 and not trying to sell anyone anything. I am the real deal like Soul Crusher I actually train.

I am at my ski condo. Its 2 levels 1.5 bathrooms allows dogs and 200 yards from the expert slopes. It’s not faux paneling it’s an actual wood board plank wall
