To be honest, it's been awhile since I went to the beach or cruised around on a yacht in Hawaii or anywhere else for that matter. I have met and know folks at the gym and in my personal life who are in their late fifty's and older who look every bit as good as he does, physique-wise. Not boasting, but in my late fifty's my physique was somewhat better and I was and am relatively average person.
