Isn't it the club (which they presumably joined voluntarily) who is "forcing" them to wear a mask

BTW - this is stupid for at least a few different reasons

Unless that clubs owns the beach I assume that any non-club member could jump in the water along side them without wearing a mask

I've worn a mask twice this entire time. The police showed up, so I threatened them with legal action if that happens again.

I said this earlier today...fear is a powerful motivator. I'm not saying wearing a mask to take a polar dip isn't nuts, because it definitely is. But, Washington is currently having a really high COVID infection case count, over 4,600 today alone. The last 7 day average was 4,400. The highest so far in the last 6 months was over 10,000 one day in September.
