WES, I hate to disagree with ya as well as with you other GetBiggers, but my grandmother had arms like that ...and all she lifted were sheep and cattle .... and an occasional goat!!

He had a daily bodybuilding/exercie type show with Kiana Toms on ESPN if I recall correctly and probably did a lot more work that that as he was very personable and marketable as well.

WES, Thanks!

I must have been locked up some place when Rick was doing TV shows. But I can still recall the Jeff/Cory TV series that I helped with on the North Shore of Oahu.

The world has changed lately and now anyone can make a show regarding any subject and get millions of viewers on the internet for the price of a large box of popcorn in your local theater movie house.

BTW, WES ... I still communicate with Cory and she and her family are doing well.

"Happy New Year" to anyone who got this far reading this fading memory stuff.
