Bah.

Brutal if true.

Watching this now to get the details. Ronnie should really stick to 220, or maybe 240 max. Ronnie is turning 58 in May, and his mom passed away from pancreatic cancer around 2014.

I just don't care for this one bit...

Again, he should focus on just slimming down, and training for fitness and rehab, and stuff like that.

But hey, it's what he loves. I just don't get why he's presumably bragging about it. I bet people in the YouTube comments are praising him for it, as well as on Instagram, but I didn't check.

Even Giles is immediately impressed when Ronnie says he's 285 here:

It's not good for Ronnie. Ronnie, of all people, has absolutely nothing to prove.

I've come to the conclusion that Ronnie is a bodybuilder to his core and is content going out via bodybuilding.  Fuck it.  Good for him.  He's earned the right to do what makes him happy.

The human body can recover from almost anything if given the chance. All of us have our injuries our aches and pains. Coleman is inspirational if he can return to form in his late 50s after multiple major surgeries, we all can.

Irrelevant, but yes he's worth enough to not care about much.

More than half of that wealth was earned absolutely milking it - last passable album was Steel Wheels 30+ years ago, deal with it.  8)

You can't see his legs he looks a lot heavier than 235 and he said most of the weight has come back in his legs

He's no where near 285lbs. Ronnie is the GOAT but he's got a history of saying flat out lies. He told Rogan his bf was in the negative numbers in his prime. Something stupid like that. Said he turned pro and competed for years natural. Now he's 285 again. Sure Ronnie
