If it goes over 100 and stays there, that's tachycardia so think about heart failure. Heart is beating faster to make up for a possible weak ejection fraction/heart stroke volume. But alcohol can do weird stuff, so it could be nothing. Just be careful.

Oh for fuck sake my resting heart rate was 125 the other day and is rarely below 100. I have been 210 over 140 on my blood pressure for an extended period (I am 140/91 right now this very moment) you are going to be just fine

Whatever you're taking is not good for you. Your anemia might be increasing your heart rate but it won't make your bp like that in the 200s for an extended period of time is not good.

Mine was 140 over 90 but is now its an even 120 over 60 with hydrochlorothiazide and a daily high dose of CoQ10 and fish oil tablets.   I've also cut out practically all red meat and eggs.   It doesn't mean I'm going to live to be a 100 but I definitely feel a lot better and have sound sleep

Good reading. Any idea why it is better than your norm? Your pulse is elevated. Any idea why? When I do these readings which is almost daily, the lower my blood pressure the higher my pulse. My last reading was 108/66 w/pulse 91 and blood oxygen 96.

Heredity...black people generally have higher blood pressure, hypertension, and diabetes.   The minute my bloid pressure shot up , i got on track early.  Not going to fuck around with shit like that
