Wow can’t believe it. I thought she would live forever even at 99 I’m shocked haha. Seemed like a kind sweet lady. Rip.

People Magazine jinxed her ass. The new issue has Betty on the front cover and says: Betty White Turns 100!

I told a few people that it would be a shame if she dies before turning 100 now.

It would have been wonderful if she'd made the 100 year milestone. May she rest in peace.

The report of her death includes this sentence; "A trailblazer and pioneer in media, Betty had the longest running career for any woman in TV prior to her death." Sometimes these reporters say the dumbest things such as 'prior to her death.' How could her career continue once she's dead? Do reruns count?

She might have fit right in on getbig. It is my understanding that Allan Ludden occasionally got handsy with male twinks (staff, not guests) on the set and Betty would admonish, “Now Allan, you stop that”

Betty was a huge animal lover ......
Betty White is an animal rights advocate. She's been involved with the Los Angeles SPCA since the '60s and helps fundraise for Wildlife Waystation .
