Did the Biden Admin. increase Covid deaths by 500k through censorship?

Is the Biden administration responsible for over 500K Covid deaths through their censorship of early therapeutic treatments?  Dr. Robert Malone the inventor of the mRNA technology and himself double vaxed believes this is the case. 

Remember most people believed there was no way that Pervboy Cuomo was responsible for the deaths of between 15 to 20K long-term care residents by forcing Covid positive patients back into long-term care facilities.

FBI can find a 40 yr fugitive but Govt can't find seniors who need shots through SS, Medicare, Medicaid, Nursing Homes, VA, Senior Resources, Census, Doctor and Hospital Medical Records, etc, etc, etc.  What do you think?  The cognitive dissonance is getting real old. Syracuse Univ literally from day one could identify individuals who would develop a covid storm in the lungs but couldn't identify diabetic, obese, and comid patients who needed a shot first before 5-year-olds.

Lastly, 2 years later they finally can send out  RN/BSNs and CNAs to administer shots but this wasn't possible the first day the shots were available.

In addition to his PHD, Dr. Malone holds an MD from Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine.   He also completed the Harvard Medical School fellowship.  So yes he is a medical Dr.

He also holds 11 patents covering mRNA technology, DNA vaccination, and other non-viral delivery platform technologies.   Amongst people in the field, his credentials are internationally recognized.
